Wholesale Agreement

This agreement must be made between the retailer and yourself upon execution and delivery by facsimile to your company. Upon ordering via your wholesale account, you agree to these terms.

GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores, as well as website and online sales, must receive prior written approval.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

We ask that you spend a minimum of $75 to open your wholesale account, and $50 after your initial order; at this time, we do not have a minimum quantity order per item, but due to limited stock, we ask that you do not order more than 100 amounts of the same product in order to respect production and shipping deadlines.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept payments via credit card, check, and cash.
Orders are on a net 15 payment policy; we are able to offer accounts.
The payment term begins once you are emailed your invoice. Please note
that we only hold limited stock so all orders will be held for a maximum of fifteen days being reallocated to another stockiest. No orders will be processed until full payment is received. Orders may be canceled within five business days of the order placement.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The retailer incurs the shipping costs duties, or customs, but Commah will insure packages with the carrier. Delivery is typically within two to seven days of production. We use USPS based on cost affordability, however, if you are within Fond du Lac County, your products will be hand-delivered. If your shipment is damaged in transit, you agree to contact Commah within five days of delivery. Any problems must be reported in writing or by email and the retailer cannot return goods until he/she has received a written authorization. Goods sent back without one will not be credited to your account.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Commah. The website, designs, products, images, and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Commah. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written
consent of Commah.
